We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist in managing the kitchens across Brocket Hall’s estate. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to create bespoke menus for banqueting and events, oversee the Melbourne kitchen and Brocket Hall kitchens in the Head Chef’s absence, and train junior staff.
