Strength training is enhanced through Biostrength REV, providing precise data and insight to maximise effectiveness and performance.
For cardio and athletic conditioning, the gym features Excite+ cardio equipment for engaging, immersive workouts, alongside Skillrun performance treadmills, designed to support power, speed, endurance and advanced running training with real-time biofeedback.
