A state-of-the-art Technogym Centre is coming to the Brocket Hall Estate, redefining fitness through intelligent design, world-class equipment and total flexibility. This new facility will offer a premium training environment created for those who value performance, innovation and convenience.
Designed to support both individual training and group exercise, the gym will combine cutting-edge technology with an exceptional member experience — all delivered with the attention to detail and quality Brocket Hall is known for.
Train Without Limits
One of the defining features of the new gym is 24-hour access, 365 days a year. Members will be able to train whenever it suits them – before work, after work or at any time in between – making it ideal for committed users who want complete flexibility without compromise.
Technogym Centre
The gym will be fully equipped with industry-leading Technogym innovation, delivering a smarter, more personalised approach to training.
Members will benefit from Technogym Checkup, an advanced assessment tool that uses AI-driven analysis to calculate your Wellness Age™, helping create a tailored starting point for your fitness journey. Strength training will be elevated through Biostrength REV, providing precise data and insight to maximise effectiveness and performance.
For cardio and athletic conditioning, the gym will feature Excite+ cardio equipment for engaging, immersive workouts, alongside Skillrun performance treadmills, designed for power, speed, endurance and advanced running training with real-time biofeedback.
Group Exercise & Member Experience
In addition to open gym spaces, the facility will include dedicated areas for group exercise, supporting structured sessions and shared training experiences in a motivating environment. Whether training independently or as part of a group, members can expect a space designed to inspire progress and consistency.
