The Melbourne Club: At the heart of the Brocket Hall Estate, The Melbourne Club combines strength of heritage with beauty of innovation to offer world class golf facilities in an iconic setting. The Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant provides high standards of both service and cuisine in an informal atmosphere. Our Chefs prepare hearty seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredients.

Auberge du Lac Fine Dining Restaurant : This charming and atmospheric venue, with its idyllic terrace, has been a foodie destination for many years. Continuing its story is Head Chef John Barber, who is creating a whole new dining experience for guests..

Under the direction of our Head Chef John Barber, we will implement a full training and development plan built around your existing skills.

When the time is right within your bespoke programme we will give you the opportunity to continue to grow with us and train across the Estate, joining our small team of professionals within the kitchens of The Clubhouse, our fining dining restaurant Auberge Du Lac and Brocket Hall itself, our stunning wedding and corporate events venue.

Potential candidates must have a passion and drive for excellence, a warm, friendly and positive attitude with a strong command of the English language, both oral and written.
