Chef de Partie – Fine Dining

We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our passionate back of house team in our award winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant, Auberge du Lac at the Quintessentially British Brocket Hall Estate.  Located just 22 miles outside of London and set in 543 acres in the idyllic Hertfordshire countryside, the Brocket Hall Estate boasts spectacular scenery and combines heritage & history with luxury accommodation and impeccable service.  As Chef de Partie, you will work alongside our talented and dynamic team, giving you the opportunity to refine your skills while delivering an exceptional culinary experience.

Reports To: Head Chef/Sous Chef
Location: Auberge du Lac
Salary: Salary on application
Working Days: Wednesday – Sunday
Working Hours: 48 hours

Chef de Partie requirements:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
• NVQ Levels 1 & 2 desirable
• Good written and oral communication
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast pace environment
• Reliable and possess a flexible and professional approach to their work
• Positivity, enthusiasm, passion and an eye for detail
• Eligibility to work in the UK
