How to use our new Estate Calendar
The new Estate Calendar is a great tool for keeping track of upcoming events at The Hall, The Melbourne Club and the Auberge du Lac. It can be accessed from your computer, smartphone, and tablet.
If you’re wondering how to use the new calendar on your PC or mobile device, keep reading. You’ll find detailed instructions on how to search events, read further details, book, add to your iCal or Google Calendar, and much more below.
To access the calendar, scroll down from the homepage and click on Upcoming Events with the little calendar icon.
From here, the default view will be today’s date set within the current month. At the top of the menu you can also choose to view events as a list rather than click individual dates. If you click on EVENTS IN Date, you’ll be able to skip to any month within the current year to check event listings. You can also choose to navigate to the following month by clicking the July tabs above and below the month view.
Once you’ve clicked on a date, the events planned for that day will show below the month view and if you’re interested in you can click Find out more to go to the event page which features further details.
From the event page, you’ll be able to view the date, time and a detailed description of what’s planned. Below the description are details of which organiser to contact to book your place, the venue address and a view of the venue from Google Maps. Please note, events categorized as Member Events are not open to the public.
To help keep you organised, you have the ability to take all of the details on the event page and export them to your personal diary. You can do this for each individual event or for all the events in a month.
If you would like to add an individual event to your mobile calendar, click on either +GOOGLE CALENDAR or +ICAL EXPORT then Add To Calendar.
To export the whole month, click on EXPORT EVENTS from the month view and click Add All from your respective Outlook, iCal or Google Calendar.
We continually add and sometimes amend events that we post on the calendar, so check regularly for new entries and the week prior to any event you’re booked into attend. We very much look forward to welcoming you to the Brocket Hall Estate for any future events we are hosting. If you have any queries on how to use the calendar or require any further assistance booking into an event, please contact 01707 368 700 or firstname.lastname@example.org
