Our menus are crafted to the very highest of standards. Each season brings new and exciting produce, something our team of Chefs work with and enjoy. Working on the Brocket Hall Estate gives our team the opportunity to forage on the Estate, collecting wild cherries, elderflower and mint, all of which feature of our menus.
